Operations Manager- Environmental in Henderson, CO

Aerotek Environmental is seeking a hazardous waste operations manager for a facility in Henderson, CO. This facility focuses on the safe disposal of hazardous materials and industrial waste. This position will be responsible for supervising and scheduling day-to-day operational activities to include troubleshooting, health, safety, and environmental compliance issues and policies, quality assurance/control, determining cost of supplies versus labor, provide technical ability on operational modifications, hiring and training of subordinates, etc. Assist immediate supervisor in the annual preparation of goals versus forecasted budgeted allowances as well as conducting special exploratory assignments.Qualified candidates MUST have-- 5+ years of environmental or industrial manufacturing background- 5-10yrs of supervising employees in an industrial setting- BS, Chemistry (or similar field)- 40hr Hazwoper Certification- Knowledge of RCRA, CERCLA and DOT regulationsApplicants who are qualified please contact Michael Hein at ([removed phone].Join Aerotek.
